James “JD” Davis is a CCE Board Certified Coach with over 30 of leadership experience in public education and the military. He specializes in developing potential leadership potential through coaching, professional development, and training. He is the Founder and President of ECube Leadership Services LLC and has significant experience leading in public education in Florida and South Carolina. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, and his practical organizational leadership experiences extend from international leadership with NATO to resilient in Afghanistan. He is actively involved on non-profit boards and support local community youth mentoring initiatives in the Myrtle Beach, SC area.

Our Flagship coach training program was HawkEye Certified Veteran Development Coach Training.  (It is now renamed as CLMC – Certified Life Map Coaching.)

More than 10 years ago we launched it as the FIRST CCE-BCC Approved Coach Certification Training in the USA, to focus on Military Service Members. Since then we have expanded to offer more BCC-Approved Coach Certification programs, CEU programs and in the future potentially will offer other credential training.

We are eternally grateful for the advising from Debra Pearce-McCall, PhD, LP, LMFT and Joseph Almond. Later we brought on several more experts for advising to include:
