Enroll in Lead and Thrive
to identify or define even deeper – your personal and professional purpose.   You will learn about various styles of leadership and the underpinnings of fostering resilience in individuals, teams, organizations and communities.

You will gain a clearer picture of how challenges and trauma affect leadership – either as a role or as a process. Even as you train to support others, the program encourages you to also improve your capability to approach difficult decisions and challenging experiences with the skills and clarity to move forward. This program results in a Coach Certification as a Leadership and Resilience Coach [CLRC].

Why is resilience important? Given the evolving needs of organizations, growing resilience is a key strategic priority. People will perform better if they aren’t just keeping their heads above water. Instead, opportunities for growth and self-learning that come with change will energize them. Resilience is very important to organizations. It enables organizations to remain profitable and competitive, even during critical and unstable times. In their book “The Agility Factor,” Williams, Worley, and Lawler highlight:
  • Organizational agility highly correlates with organizational resilience.
  • Both factors determine the adaptive capacity of an organization.
  • This adaptive capacity enables organizations to perceive and respond to changes quickly.

Resilience also shapes the way employees respond to and manage the stress of change.” 1 Betterup.com

Center for Credentialing & Education

In today’s climate -corporate and personal – challenges, even crises are sadly becoming the norm. Yet dealing with them in productive, effective, and compassionate ways lead to more than surviving – it is about Thriving.

We have all experienced various levels of challenge – and some of us also threat and crises. While many can control their reactions, many will also feel overwhelmed and shut down. Yet, with the right awareness, support, and skills, we can control and even improve our responses. In fact, coaching can create frameworks for individuals and teams to move past their deficit mindset and into a growth mindset – fostering resilience and creating skills, pathways, and behaviors for healthier stress management and sustainable lasting impact and achievements. This training not only allows you to help others shift;  it is transformational in itself as you reconnect and re-discover your purpose, your assets, and your personal and professional direction, and your ability to adapt and BECOME MORE.

Beyond offering foundations for understanding and refining your coaching process, this course offers deeper insight into Resilience and Leadership.  It focuses on you learning more about working with individuals who are bouncing forward from a place of great challenge or crisis as well as helping you master coaching people who are in leadership positions and must enhance their capacities for building sustainable and resilient leadership.

    TESTIMONIALS

    What Our Participants Say

AWESOME-AMAZINGNESS! … that is how I would describe my experience as a student within the Leadership & Resilience Coach Certification. I’m delighted to have taken this transformative program. It has provided a one of a kind, solid foundation to coaching clients through “bumps” in their lives and to keep them moving forward towards their personal and/or professional goals. Are you ready to become a coach?  I would  recommend this program to anyone interested in becoming ethically trained as a leadership and resilience coach. ”

    Sarah Serbinski, PhD, BCC

When looking for a coach training program, I was seeking one which focused on Leadership and Resilience and also acknowledged my advanced degree. I was happy to find BlueRio’s Lead and Thrive program. I completed the program in just about three months, while balancing a full-time job and other demands, and the program was engaging, interesting, and informative. While including  basic specifics of skills building in the 36 hour program, it focused more deeply on the concepts and theories of leadership and resilience.  It met my needs very well. Jessi is thoughtful and committed, and was quick to respond when I submitted an assignment or had a question. She has a very nice way of highlighting strengths and offering suggestions for improvement. I am happy to have completed this training through BlueRio and would recommend the Lead and Thrive Leadership and Resilience program.
